During transportation parcels are reloaded several times and therefore it is highly important to pack a shipment properly according to the content.

Correct packing decreases the risk of damages and inconveniences. Using an incorrect address might delay your delivery. To ensure timely delivery of your goods it is important to use the correct address information.
The most common mistakes are: invalid zip code, and post office box zip code.

Economy Parcel

  • Maximum weight: 50 kg per parcel
  • Minimum measures: 23 x 13 x 1 cm
  • Maximum measures: Length 150 cm and circumference 300 cm.
  • Volymetric weight: 1 m3 = 250 kg.

 

Express Parcel

  • Maximum weight: 70 kg per parcel
  • Maximum lenght 100 cm and circumference 225 cm.
  • In case of volumetric shipments 1 m3 is considered as 200 kg.

Tracking the shipment

NOPA-Track enables parcels to be tracked during transportation. Our system provides a possibility to get information about the time of delivery and the person that signed for and received the shipment. It is also possible to view the history of movement.
